Let’s be honest, sometimes we know something ghastly or other-worldly is attached to us. We might use phrases like ‘dark entity, ghost, gremlin, spirit, negative energy, or toxic ex’ and it doesn’t matter how many times we dismiss it – that ick feeling persists. I prepare the space with your safety and comfort as my priority because I know they're vital to the benefits of this style of work. These sessions are not designed to distress you or provoke a traumatic Wim Hoff experience. My approach is an interpersonal exploration of how breath lives within our body and communicates with us. Your first session will be an introduction followed by an Initial Breathwork session to build your confidence and scope. It is my preference to progress (safely) from there.
